How Much Delayed Interest is Granted By RERA
Home buyers are entitled to interest for delayed possession or refund on the amount paid to the builder for the delayed period at SBI Bank rate plus 2% ( MCLR SBI Lending Rate ) on the money invested by the buyer and or ordered to be refunded by builder.

Execution of RERA Orders
Buyer may have to file Execution Petition against Promoter if promoter neglects to comply order passed by RERA Authority and refuses to give interest as awarded within thirty days, or neglects to refund or handover the possession, for direction to execute the order and attachment of property of the promoter including issue of warrant of arrest.

Compensation Granted by RERA
Home buyers are also entitled to claim compensation for mental agony, harresment from the builder, in addition to delayed interest as matter of right, after the decision of the case by filing of seperate complaint for compensation which is granted by RERA to the extent of ordinarily 3% of the investment made.
RERA Appeal
Buyer|Builder may file appeal against the order passed by the RERA authority within 30 days of passing the order. The RERA Advocates team of expert advocates will assit to file & contest the appeal at reasonable cost
Penalty Under RERA
RERA Court may impose penalty on promoter for imprisonment of a term up to three years or with fine up to 10 % of the real estate project or cancellation of project license and or take over of the project and or attachment and imprisonment, if promoter neglects to obey the court orders or commit any violation of RERA Act .

- Buy the Flat or plots in RERA Registered project
- Without Registration number, promoter shall not advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale, or invite persons to purchase in any manner any plot, apartment or building, as the case may be.
- All advertisements, board, prospectus etc. pertaining to project must have RERA Registration Number and website address of the Authority.
- Promoter shall not accept more than 10% without registered agreement to sell and shall execute sale deed after obtaining completion certificate
- Promoter shall have to provide completion certificate or occupation certificate before offering possession
- Promoters & Allotees shall abide by the RERA rules and regulation.
