Home buyers are entitled to interest for delayed possession or refund on the amount paid to the builder for the delayed period at SBI Bank rate plus 2% ( MCLR SBI Lending Rate ) on the money invested by the buyer and or ordered to be refunded by builder.
All un-registered, registered, on-going projects are covered under RERA. Builder is liable to pay interst and compensation to allotee for delayed construction for any reason, even if builder has obtained extension of RERA License for completion of construction of the project.
