COMPLAINT DISPOSAL TIME UNDER RERA IS 180 DAYS
Home buyers are entitled to interest for delayed possession or refund on the amount paid to the builder for the delayed period at SBI Bank rate plus 2% ( MCLR SBI Lending Rate ) on the money invested by the buyer and or ordered to be refunded by builder.
All unregistered projects, ongoing projects, registered projectsare covered under RERA .Promoters are liable to pay interst & compensation to allotees for delayed construction for any reason, even if promoter has obtained extension of RERA License for construction of the project or completion certificate under RERA Act .
