Individual as Real Estate Agent Registration

  1.  Guidelines for Real Estate Agents Registration.  RERA law mandates registration of Real estate agent under RERA. This is to inspire confidence of  purchasers and regulate real estate transactions, to ensures fairness between sellers and purchaser.  Registered Real estate agents shall  

  • Facilitate the buying or selling of registered      projects only.
  • Facilitate   the possession of all the information and documents to the allottee  at the time of booking of any plot,  apartment or building, as the case may be
  •  Shall not be involved in any unfair commercial practices  


Documents required for Registration 

  • Name, contact      information, photographs, and address of the real estate agent and the      directors or partners, with PAN Card,  email  id and mobile  
  • Place of Area of  operation 
  • Recent three years’  ITR Returns
  • For Real estate Company - Memorandum of Association,  Articles of Association
  • Previous Registration 
  • Character  Certificate
  • The certificate shall be vaild of Five years

Company as Real Estate Agent Registration

Register Individual  as Real Estate  Agent. 

  1. Eligibility Check: Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective state's RERA authority. 
  2. Documentation: Necessary documents, such as identity proof, address proof, educational qualifications, and any other documents specified by the RERA authority.
  3. Application Submission: Submit the application form along with the required documents to the relevant RERA authority. 
  4. Payment of Fees: Pay the prescribed registration fees. 
  5. Verification: The RERA authority will review the application and documents to verify the information provided.
  6. Issuance of Registration Certificate: Upon successful verification, the RERA authority will issue a registration certificate. This certificate serves as proof of registration under RERA.
