- Without Registration number, promoter shall not advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale, or invite persons to purchase in any manner any plot, apartment or building, as the case may be.
- All advertisements, board, prospectus etc. pertaining to project must have RERA Registration Number and website address of the Authority.
- Promoter shall not accept more than 10% without registered agreement to sell and shall execute sale deed after obtaining completion certificate
- Promoter shall have to provide completion certificate or occupation certificate before offering possession
- Promoters & Allotees shall abide by the RERA rules and regulation.
