Execution of RERA Order
Execution Petition
Buyer may have to file Execution Petition against Promoter, if promoter neglects to comply RERA order and refuses to give interest as awarded within thirty days, or neglects to refund sale consideration or handover the possession,for direction to comply the order and attachment of property of the Builder including issue of warrant of arrest against builder.
Penalty to Builder in RERA
RERA Court may impose penalty on promoter for imprisonment of a term up to three years or with fine up to 10 % of the real estate project or cancellation of project license and or take over of the project and or attachment and imprisonment, if promoter neglects to obey the court orders or commit any violation of RERA Act
